I LOL'd at least 4 times. It's genuinely funny for the most part. The humor seems a little forced in a couple spots.
I'm ignoring the (admittedly) lazy art of course. Good job. You know what would help, though? Speed up the pacing. Even the cheesier parts would be funnier if they were sped up. You know, like the old "Arfenhouse" flicks on Newgrounds?

hm, I admit, a few points ("introducing the 8-ball") in the first 10 minutes segment were not as funny as I had originally hoped, but since I already had that animated and gotten the voicelines from the actors, I tried my best to tweak it.

And yeah, the face expressions.
I originally had none, except in the very late scenes of the first 10 minute segment, and those merely were the "black sketchy lines" ones, which I kinda liked at that point... though improved them in the later scenes then.

Later on, I went to upgrade the ealier scenes, and since pulling of the 'ear-ball' thingy with the better version of a face before pulling of the "black sketchy lines" one would have been dumb (plus, the 'ears' wouldn't have worked for rolling balls), I first thought of merely using the sketchy line thingies... though I thought that wouldn't look as good here for long conversations anyway.

...and I really got bored of doing that, especially after animating the mouth of Eggman's speech had taken about one day for some reason.

Increase the pace, eh. Maybe for the newgrounds-version.

And actually, no, I dunno 'Arfenhouse'. Though I can look it up some other time.
